Can custom and bespoke order be refunded?

Custom & bespoke orders cannot be refunded. Any garments with additional non myelin logo added are considered to be custom.

How do your returns work?

Items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Refunds will be provided if these conditions are met.

How do exchanges work?

We will endeavor to exchange any item that arrives damaged. If an item becomes defective, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

How long does is take to receive my order?

Bespoke and custom orders from deposit to arrival is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Stock carried products 7-10 business days.

Is there a minimum or maximum order number?

Please contact our team & we will be in touch; our aim is to make every order possible.
